What is Personal Data?
Personal data is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person in the KVKK. Accordingly, your name, surname, date of birth, identity number, e-mail address, telephone number and similar information you share with us are called personal data.
The Company collects your personal data through automated means or other sources such as third party platforms, when you share it directly with the Company.
What data do we request and process?
From Identity Information: Name, Surname, Gender, Photo
From Contact Information: Telephone, e-mail address, Physical Address
What is the purpose and basis of processing your personal data?
The Company collects your personal information and processes it within this scope in order to fulfill our legal obligations due to your product and service relationship with the Company and to inform you about the campaigns and advantages.
In this direction, the Company; collects and processes your personal data to evaluate and process all your complaints, to process your payments, to improve our products, services, communication methods and the functionality of our websites, and to provide you with personalized products, communication content and targeted advertisements, as well as product recommendations.
In line with the above-mentioned purposes, the Company processes and stores your personal data within the scope and purposes set forth herein, based on your express consent, or if it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract we have made with you, or when required by our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
For what purpose do we transfer your personal data?
Your personal data with the shareholders of the Company, with our direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates, with domestic/foreign persons and institutions (courier, post, call center, database, cloud) that represent us together during the continuation of the business relationship and/or are our business partners with whom we cooperate in order to carry out our activities. etc. with companies that provide services) can be shared.

How do we store your personal data?
Your personal data shared with our company are stored on the Company’s domestic/foreign secure servers in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, KVKK provisions and Company standards. In this context, the Company takes the necessary technical and administrative security measures determined by the legal legislation in order to ensure the security of your personal data.
How long do we keep your personal data?
KVKK Article 7/f.1. Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us when the purpose for which your personal data is to be processed ceases to exist and/or when the legal periods for which we are obliged to keep your data in accordance with the relevant legislation expire.
What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, to the extent that your personal data is processed by the Company as a data controller;
- Learning whether any of your personal data has been processed;
- Requesting information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;
- Learning the purposes of processing your personal data;
- If personal data has been transferred to third parties in the country or abroad, learning these persons;
- Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed;
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear;
- Requesting that the deletion and correction processes be notified to third parties that the data has been transferred;
- Objecting to adverse results that may arise as a result of processing personal data through automated systems; and
- If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for this damage.
How can you exercise your rights?
In order to question one or more of your above-mentioned rights, you can send your requests in writing to our Company in person or send them by registered mail to the company address given in the contact information below.
In order for third parties to make a request on your behalf, a special power of attorney issued by you on behalf of the applicant must be submitted through a notary public. The date on which the document is served to the company is considered as the application date.
In the application, name, surname, signature, T.C. for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone and fax number, if any, and the subject of the request.
Applications to be made within this scope will be accepted following the identity verification to be made by the Company, and your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
